At TigerTel/UTR we have taken the position to be
knowledgeable about the risks associated with the threat of an influenza
pandemic and, in turn, to be adequately prepared for the possibility.
Most experts agree that there is a growing and
significant threat of a global pandemic, but that there is no way to predict
exactly when it might occur or the severity of the impact. As with any of
the risks that we face in business including disasters, it is imperative
that the business community is prepared. Few industries will be insulated
from the impact of a Pandemic.
In conjunction with TigerTel/UTR Disaster
Recovery Program, our Disaster/Pandemic team has developed a plan that is
flexible and easily adaptable, targeted at minimizing any disruption of
service to our clients and ensuring our employees and their families are
informed and protected. It is our objective to ensure our service levels
are maintained in the event of a pandemic or a disaster.
Clients are encouraged to contact their local
TigerTel/UTR branch with any updated contact information. In the event of
