For Immediate Release: TigerTel/UTR Receives Industry Award for Outstanding ServicesToronto, Canada - Wednesday, December 21, 2005 - TigerTel/UTR (TigerTel Communications Inc.), is pleased to announce that it is the recipient of seven awards for outstanding service and achievement in several categories in the North American call center industry. TigerTel/UTR offices in Calgary, Vancouver, Nanaimo and Montreal and Toronto are all award winners. TigerTel/UTR's Toronto office has won the prestigious Call Center Award of Distinction over the past four consecutive years, and this year earned the prestigious distinction of Top Score in the award category. The Montreal office has won this award for two consecutive years. In addition, the TigerTel/UTR Toronto location has been an awarded with an exclusive, Diamond Award of Excellence, also by CAM-X. This is the 13th consecutive year the Toronto location has done so. The Award of Excellence each year celebrates call handling techniques and customer service for Canada call centers and message centers. The Nanaimo branch and the Montreal Branch were also awarded with the prestigious CAM-X Award of Excellence.
