Job Description:
As the
front-line contact for our clients? customers, you will represent a wide
variety of clients. With the use of different software applications,
your responsibilities will include, professionally answering multiple
inbound call types and providing a superior level of customer service on
every call. These responsibilities will be carried out in both English
and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
