Position:        Part-time Customer Service - Inbound Call Centre Representatives

 

Location: Vancouver, BC (Downtown 5 minutes from the Skytrain)

Number of Positions: 15

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:

As the front-line contact for our clients? customers, you will represent a wide variety of clients.  With the use of different software applications, your responsibilities will include, professionally answering multiple inbound call types and providing a superior level of customer service on every call. 

 

Responsibilities:

         Be motivated to meet all customer service and sales targets.

         Use selling skills proficiently to ensure customers are sold the right products and services.

         Provide assistance to customers to better understand product features, benefits and uses in order to complete the sale or retain the customer.

         Take every opportunity to up-sell and/or cross-sell products and services.

         Promote brands by inspiring and educating customers.

         Assist customers with web-based interactions.

         Accurately capture customer profile and interaction history.

         Report web-related or system problems and/or errors in a timely manner.

         Take product orders and process payment information (credit card transactions and financing applications)

         Handle all customer interactions professionally and efficiently.

         Subscribe customers to our E-mail Newsletter or other direct marketing tools.

 

Qualifications:

         Minimum 1 year experience in a call centre, customer service, or sales environment

         Demonstrated proficiency in both verbal and written communications

         Advanced computer keyboarding skills

         Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task

         Exceptional telephone communication skills

         Must be fluent in English (2nd language is an asset)

         Flexibility to work in a shift (24/7) environment
