Position:        Bilingual Outbound Team Supervisor

Location: Toronto, ON (North York)

Number of Positions: 5

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:

TigerTel/UTR is currently searching for an individual with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to lead a team of French Outbound Agents as they call to fundraise and solicit support on behalf of the largest and most respected charities in Canada.  Our Team of Outbound Fundraisers specializes in:

  • Child Sponsorship programs

  • Disaster Relief campaigns

  • charitable programs

Responsibilities:

  • Motivating and coaching each agent to ensure they are meeting and exceeding our clients? expectations with respect to script adherence, courtesy, and call handling
  • Ensure team is meeting and/or exceeding established conversion rates and production targets
  • Respond to escalated inquiries
  • Complete and distribute campaign reports in a timely manner
  • Manage the performance of designated team members
  • Train and develop skill sets of new and current team members
  • Create and ensure adherence to staff schedules based on program and business requirements

 

Qualifications:

  • Post secondary degree/diploma

  • outbound call centre and/or supervisory experience

  • telephone manners

  • clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing

  • skills and intermediate to advanced proficiency level with Windows based and Microsoft Office applications

  • skills and a dedication to providing a high level of customer service.

  • definite asset

  • Afternoon, and Evening shifts Tuesday to Saturday with most Monday and Holidays off
