Description:
As the
front-line contact for our clients? customers, you will represent a wide
variety of clients and, through the use of different software applications,
you will be responsible for professionally answering multiple inbound call
types and providing a superior level of customer service on every call.
Examples of these call types are:
We are
currently recruiting individuals who are fluently bilingual in English and
one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Korean, Cantonese, or
Mandarin
Responsibilities:

customer service and sales targets.

ensure customers are sold the right products
and services.

benefits and uses in order to complete the sale or retain the customer.

financing applications).

Newsletter or other direct marketing
tools.
Qualifications:

customer service experience
-
telephone manners
-
clearly and effectively, both verbally and in
writing
-
skills (Windows based, Microsoft Office,
etc.)
-
structured call centre environment
-
hour/7-day environment
-
shifts Monday to Sunday (Holidays and
Weekends included)
