INBOUND CALL CENTRE AGENTS  

Our Inbound agents are responsible for answering a variety of call types. From providing customer service and order taking to accepting donations on behalf of some of the most prominent and established charities in North America.  Strive to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations with respect to overall script adherence, courtesy and call handling.

Competencies & Attributes

·          Excellent communication skills (able to read, write and speak English fluently.)

·          Self motivated with the ability to motivate others – A MUST!

·          Team player

·          Flexibility – ability to work days, evenings, weekends and general holidays.

·          Committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

·          Minimum high school diploma

·          Call centre or customer service experience

·          Professional and courteous telephone manners

·          Ability to listen and communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.

·          Proficient computer/keyboarding skills (Windows based environment)

·          $11 - $13 /hour plus incentives

·          Paid training

Part-time and Full-time hours are available in a 24/7 shift environment.
