With 12 centres located across Canada, we
offer a range of positions from agents, to team leads, shift supervisors,
quality assurance monitors, workforce schedulers, administrative assistants,
human resources professionals, and trainers.
We also offer full-time and part-time hours,
days, evenings, overnight and weekend shifts. All of our centres operate on
a 24/7 schedule.
In addition to our call centre operations, we
may also have positions within our IT., Sales, Client Services, and
Management Teams.
