Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Tigertel/UTR is currently seeking enthusiastic, well spoken and motivated individuals to perform calling on behalf of some of the most prominent and established organizations in North America. We are looking for individuals who want to work in a dynamic, team-oriented and objective driven environment. Tigertel/UTR is NOT your usual ?Telemarketing Company? and is looking for those able to represent our clients and causes with passion and professionalism. Phone interviews for all candidates required.

Requirements: 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingualism in English and French
• Dependable, adaptable, confident in skills and abilities
• Customer service experience necessary
• Motivated, solutions oriented, creative thinker
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient keyboarding/typing skills
• Aptitude for understanding and identifying needs
• Listening skills and ability to negotiate when appropriate

We offer a flexible schedule, if you are available for various shifts including later evenings and Saturdays.

Compensation: 

We offer a competitive premium hourly rate for bilingual (French/Cantonese etc) with incremental increase after successful completion of probationary period. Some campaigns offer commission and bonuses in addition to hourly wage. Upon completion of probationary period, if available for Full time working hours also eligible for the benefits package including medical and dental coverage.
